Joe has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and construction finance and accounting. Over the course of his career, he has completed projects with over $2 billion in value. In his role, Joe is responsible for ensuring our clients have transparency and insight into the financial aspects of their projects.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in senior operations and real estate development roles. His construction experience includes project management and financial oversight for many complex projects, including the build-out and renovation of office and lab spaces for clients in several industries. In his role, Brian ensures we field a world-class team and that our client’s projects run smoothly and exceed their expectations.

Sam has over 15 years of experience in senior real estate development and project management roles. His construction experience includes project management for many complex commercial projects, including extensive infrastructure renovations across multiple asset classes. At Cardinal Construction, Sam is focused on growing our business and identifying new opportunities to exceed our client’s expectations.

John has been working in commercial construction since 2001 and has extensive experience as both a Project Manager and Estimator. His experience with both pre-construction and construction allow him to add value to our clients through the full lifecycle of a project, from concept to completion. As Vice President of Construction at Cardinal Construction, John is responsible for all aspects of each project. His experience includes work in the fields of Higher Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Corporate. John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Eric began his construction career in 2013, working as a Superintendent. His ability to manage subcontractors and schedules, all while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, makes him an integral part of all projects he is associated with. After several successful years as a Superintendent, Eric moved into a Field Operations role, working closely with all Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure overall project success. As Director of Project Management for Cardinal Construction, Eric works closely with all team members, subcontractors and clients to ensure overall project success. Eric has experience running projects in the fields of Higher Education, Corporate and Pharmaceutical.

Ben has worked in the construction industry since 2006. With hands-on experience in carpentry, sitework, landscaping/hardscaping, concrete and finishes, Ben excels as a project Superintendent. His knowledge in various trades and willingness to assist in all problem solving results in a positive team environment on his job sites. As project Superintendent at Cardinal Construction, Ben is responsible for all on site activities, including coordination of subcontractors, management of project schedules and communication with clients.
